Security Key Reset Option

Dear Knight Online World Community,

 

Great news!
We have implemented a system where you can reset your security key without remembering the current security key.

 

What you would need to do is to loginto our website > My Account > Click the "Security Key" option on the left menu, and click on the link where it says Click here to receive an email to reset your security key.

You will then receive an email to your registered email address to reset your security key.

 

We sincerely thank you for your patience while we implement this system.

 

Please note that we are working diligently to resolve many of user inquiries resulted from the recent transition.
