In order to get the soul talisman, you will need to collect Spirit Talisman Fragments.
You will also be able to obtain Spirit Talisman Fragments by completing the Juraid Mountain event. You can get 2 Spirit Talisman Fragments if you win the JR event and 1 if you lose it.
When you collect 40 Talisman Fragments, you can receive your +1 Spirit talisman by handing it over to NPC Fortune Teller Mekin.
The option where you can exchange 20 soul talisman pieces to NPC Mekin for Talisman Upgrade item will be activated in the upcoming updates.
Spirit talisman's level can be increased up to +15, there is a 100% chance to raise it up to +3.

Unsuccessful upgrade attempts after level +3 will lower the level of the spirit talisman.
On unsuccessful upgrade attempts, your talisman will revert to Levels 3, 6, 9, and 12.
